Laxmi Aerospace Engineering Works has started their operations in December -2020 by young and dynamic entrepreneur with a vision to become a strong competitive Supplier for precision and critical components/ assemblies, by driving cost-efficiencies and acquiring specialized processes and skill sets.
Laxmi Aerospace Engineering Works is founded and leading by Mr. N Guansekhar M.Tech (Mech-AMS) and has 25 years of rich experience in the field of Manufacturing and Project Management in various industries including Defence, Aerospace and Home Appliance.
Prior to establish Laxmi Aerospace Engineering Works, he worked in reputed companies in various positions and handled the activities of Tool Design and manufacturing of Moulds, Press tools, Jigs fixtures and gauges.
During his work assignments, he successfully delivered many projects to DRDO labs like DRDL, RCI, ASL, ADE, GTRE, CVRDE IRDE and Defene public sector units like HAL, BEL, BDL and many of foreign OEMs like IAI, RAFAEL etc.
Over the period he gained good knowledge and skill set and became a entrepreneur.
Mrs. N. Sailaja is well qualified commence graduate with 20 years of experience in the field of Accounts & Finance and Purchase activities.
Prior to join with Laxmi Aerospace Engineering Works, she worked in various private companies and successfully handled ;the activities of Accounts & Finance and Purchase.
In Laxmi Aerospace Engineering Works, she is mainly and sole responsible for administration, accounts and purchase activities
